Working for Mule Deer

The Muley Fanatic Foundation Team is a dedicated group of conservation-minded professionals who are passionate about mule deer, wildlife conservation, hunting heritage, and serving the Foundation's members and supporters. As a small but highly committed staff, the team works collaboratively to manage daily operations, coordinate fundraising efforts, support chapters, organize events, facilitate conservation projects, and advance the mission of the Foundation.

Unlike many larger organizations, MFF staff members often fulfill multiple roles and responsibilities, allowing the Foundation to maximize efficiency while keeping its focus on conservation. Whether coordinating habitat projects, managing memberships, organizing fundraising events, supporting volunteers, working with agency partners, or assisting donors and supporters, the team is united by a common goal: ensuring a brighter future for mule deer and the landscapes they depend on.

Guided by the Foundation's motto, "Do The Right Thing," the MFF Team remains committed to responsible stewardship, sound wildlife management, and preserving hunting opportunities and outdoor traditions for future generations.
